Money that adds up
Egg, milk, harvest, stem and batch sales record a price and how you were paid: cash, M-Pesa (with the code), bank or credit. The income reaches profit and the cash close.
Sell from batch
On broiler, layer, pig and fish batches, one button records the sale, lowers the head count and adds the income.
Cash close
Close the day: money in and out by method, counted cash against expected cash, and what is owed to the farm.
Profit per enterprise
Reports show sales and costs for each enterprise, and a weekly poultry report with birds, eggs, lay %, deaths and feed per bird. Both download as CSV.
Counts that add up
Edit a past day and later days recalculate. Eggs cannot be sold beyond what is in store, and deaths ticked in the checklist come off the bird count.
Workers and roles, with invite SMS
Invite a Manager, Worker or Viewer by phone; they get an SMS. Workers record sales with prices but never see money totals or phone numbers.
FarmMate for co-ops
Record every member delivery at the collection centre, even offline. Members get an SMS receipt, a monthly statement with deductions, and their pay through an M-Pesa bulk payout file.
